Process

I use a heuristic evaluation with a systematic measuring system to enhance the user experience, prioritize improvements, and track progress! After, I document all findings to use as a universal solution in everything I design.

    Discover

    In the discovery phase of my design process, I am a detective gathering evidence. Through investigative work, I start by framing user problems to get an initial direction on identifying opportunities to improve.

  • Define

    The "5 Whys" method in UX helps me dig deeper into the issues users are experiencing. I use a heuristic evaluation to measure the severity of a problem and understand the underlying causes to facilitate defining a solution.

  • Develop

    Now, I think of myself as a seamstress! In the develop phase, I have to customize my designs and tailor them to user's needs. This is my process of creating highly personalized and unique solutions.

  • Deliver

    I encourage communicating and maintain open channels for feedback to address any issues or discrepancies, after iterating, I ensure I've meet user needs and expectations effectively and trust that design vision is accurately translated.

Discover

Brainstorming sessions in order to take their needs and company goals into account. Define the scope and objectives of the project and lays a fundamental foundation for everything that comes after.

Develop

Define the user experience, test and evaluate design concepts, and analyze how your designs will inform behavior and effect the experience of the user.

Define

Gather additional information about the ideal client, market opportunities and design sprint. Getting direct feedback from users themselves through user surveys and field activities.

Deliver

Determine design patterns, elements of template pages, different framework options, and work with developers to test design functionality.
